In this recipe, I prepared the beancurds by soaking them in the water until they turned soft. Then I cut them into 1 inched pieces and placed them on a kitchen towel to dry. Then deep fried them in medium low heat until the color turned golden brown. I also deep fried the diced tofu after that.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of Vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon mushroom or soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon mushroom sticky sauce
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 cup of chopped cauliflower
- About 2 inches ginger
- 1/2 cup tofu (deep fried)
- 2 pieces of dry beancurds (soaked in water and dry them before deep fried)
- Half of an onion (chopped)
- Some mushrooms
- 3 chilies (cracked)
- 3 cloves garlic (cracked)

If you cannot find the exact same sauce as in this recipe, you can replace some ingredients with what you have in hand that has similar test and texture. Play with what you have and enjoy the unique result :)
