Pasta Longganisa.
Mga bes!!! I have a new pasta recipe inspired by my favorite Pinoy breakfast, the longsilog.
Instead of roasted pork, skinless is a sausage of my husk. You do not have to put any spices yet enough because the mixture of longganisa is enough. Because of the long-term-inspired ingredient, I put fried garlic bits into the sauce and left a little bit of toppings. Join a hard-boiled egg and a lot of cheese.
Sarap! Solve your Pinoy snacks! 👍
PROCEDURE FOR THIS FOOD.
Prepare 1/2 to 1 kilogram spaghetti noodles (depending on the amount of food), Pinoy-style spaghetti sauce, 14 pcs skinless longganisa (which I bought, 7 packed in a pack) and fried garlic bits.
There is no picture of the cheese and eggs.
Cook pasta al dente or depending on the instructions behind the packaging.
Boil eggs.
Heat the oil with a moderate amount of fire.
Put the longganisa and cook.
When ready to cook, put garlic bits. Leave a little bit of toppings.
Place the spaghetti sauce.
Let 10 to 15 minutes simmer. Add pepper (optional). Add some water to the sauce.
I-serve. Lagyan ng garlic bits, hard boiled egg at madaming keso! Enjoy!
