These thighs are hot smoked on a weber kettle for around 1 hour to get a nice smokey flavor.
Once removed from the grill the skin is discarded.
All the chicken is shredded & placed in a slow cooker.Hot buffalo sauce is added at this point & the chicken is cooked for several more hours.
Mix up some ranch dressing and cole slaw for a topping.
Toast some buns and enjoy this killer buffalo chicked sandwich!
