Barbecue is the way of cooking food (most of the time meat) . A big piece of meat is made into small pieces . Then, they are attached to the small rod and cooked slowly over the barbecue grill.
Under the grill, coal or wooden pieces are burned so that it give heat to the meat. The flavour of meat and a smoky scent makes it delicious. There are many barbecue shop in the city of Nepal. They are mostly situated in the corner of the city. Various kind of barbecued meat can be found there.
