What should I make for brunch? I asked myself, "Do you want something quick and easy?" I'm hungry! Come on, think something since I didn't eat my breakfast this morning. I answered myself.
I'm thinking that since I'll be alone, I'll prepare a dish that will last until dinner.
So here's what I made. String beans sautéed with pork and mushrooms.
You can make it quickly and easily by following my recipe.
These are the ingredients needed:
2lbs string beans (washed and chopped in 2 1/2 inches length)
1 can Hosen Mushroom (whole or half)
1/4 kg chopped pork
1/2 red chopped onion
1pc green chopped pepper
2 large cloves garlic
2 1/2 spoon of soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt *
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper*
1/2 spoon butter
*or according to your taste
Here's the procedure:
First, slice green beans in half or about 2 1/2 inches length. Next chop and peel the onion and mince the onion. Follow the pork, chop it in long strips or your choice. 😁 Don't forget to washed it properly before chopping.
Then, heat up the skillet into medium heat, add the butter and saute the pork until brown, after a minute add a pinch of salt and stir. Then, cover skillet, wait until the pork is tender or cooked.
Set aside the pork in a bowl, then sauté the garlic, onion, green pepper, and mushroom. After 1 minute, add the strings beans, then cover the pan for another 2-3 minutes before adding the pork. Pour in the soy sauce, followed by the ground pepper and salt. To avoid overcooking, do not cover the pan.
Then, serve immediately.
That's for today's dish, thank you for passing by.
Have a wonderful day ahead!❤️
