Hey, to everyone who is interested in health, food, fitness, yoga, calisthenics and good and healthy life in general.
I've been on my Fasting diet since 12/31/2018 that includes only 1 meal a day!
I started my diet at 164Lbs currently I'm 162Lbs I have not lost any weight at all and I feel amazing!
My current menu contained mostly chicken products.
My goal is to stop any meat by the beginning of this summer maybe by May.
I have no idea how much calories I put in my body!
Most important for me is---> Me to feel good! And yes I do feel good!
Monday - Pork with potatoes and mushrooms
Tuesday - Pork with potatoes and mushrooms
Wednesday - Chicken + salad
Thursday - Pork with potatoes and mushrooms
Friday - Chicken Levers
Saturday - Chicken + salad
Sunday - Chicken + salad is gonna be for tonight's dinner as well.

And please before anyone saying something from the type you can't survive on 1 meal and so on please do your research about it.
