I had a pretty good afternoon performance today. I had already put
A VERY thick Pork chop in a plastic bag to marinate last night,
Planning on cooking it tonight, but then I got the call to go play.
So I cooked it all anyway when I got home
I found two of those chops in the discount meat section, so they
Were going to be thrown out soon.
The other went into the freezer.
at the same time, I also bought some fresh snap beans, onions
Yellow Squash, white mushrooms and small red potatoes.
I already had some Mini sweet peppers.
All of the above was diced in large chunks and stir fried in
Olive Oil.
Then the Pork Chop was seared in my cast iron fry pan, that
Has those ridges. Then after a few minutes on each side, I put
The pan and all into a 420° degree pre-heated oven.
Of Course I didn't eat it all
