We LOVE food at the , especially since it's EVERchanging and evolving into a new mouthgasmic experience everytime.
We also LOVE tacos, or our bazillion versions of them, and we LOVE to share with our guests, and treat ourselves alike. We don't wait for Tuesdays as we like to make up our own rules and eat whatever we want, whenever we want, with whatever ingredients strike our fancy in the moment!
This version of our Mexican-style meal was built on a home-crisped corn tortilla. We added layer after layer beginning with sour cream spread on thick, then added spicy garlic jalapeno ground beef, roasted tomato salsa, delicate sauteed mushrooms, spicy roasted poblano strips, herbed homemade tomato garlic balsamic salad, two types of cheese, guacamole, saurkraut....
....and a salt and pepper fried egg with another dollop of roasted tomato salsa and crisp fried bacon on top!!
This will likely be the only meal ever created like this with these same ingredients, as we don't use recipes, nor do we tend to do repeats. Every day is a new experience that will surprise and awaken the taste buds.
Our guest was thrilled, went back for seconds and took a to-go box for the following day. He couldn't stop ranting about what a great experience it was to have a meal made with such love, cooked over a free fire on our handmade cob rocket stove--and though he kept ranting, he couldn't really come up with an adjective amazing enough to describe the taste.
It's so fun to provide mouthgasms, as we have done for so many.
