Winter is not over yet, there are still cold days and it is always good to eat something warm. Like warm cauliflower soup!
It's necessary:
1 cauliflower (smaller)
2 onions
2 carrots
1 potato
Soup cube
Salts, pepper, spices as desired
And one sour cream, added at the end.
Preparation:
We first clean the cauliflower from the leaves, and divide it into small flowers. And I soak it in cold water.
Then cut the onions into larger pieces.
Then cut the potatoes into larger pieces.
Cut the carrot into rings.
When everything is ready, place the oil in a pan to heat.
Then add onions to fry over low heat.
When the onions are slightly fried, we add the carrots.
Then we add the potatoes and cauliflower.
Then pour it all over with water and add the cube of vegetables.
Spice as desired and taste.
When the vegetables are soft, blend it into a Blender and return the mass to the pan.
At the very end, add the sour cream to give the soup a nicer finish and cremate that texture.
When the soup boils, it's done.
Quick, simple and very tasty. Lots of vitamins, vegetables are a very good diet for these cold days when vitamins are needed.
