INGREDIENTS
Leg pieces
1/2 cup milk
2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chicken powder
2 tbsp red chili flakes
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp soya sauce
1/2 dark soya sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp chili sauce
1/2 ginger paste or powder
1/2 garlic powder or paste
1/2 tsp black pepper
First of all take 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1/2 dark soya sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp chili sauce, 1/2 ginger paste or powder, 1/2 garlic powder or paste, 1 tsp red chili flakes, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper in a bowl.
Add 1/2 cup milk.
Add leg pieces in the bowl and leave it for marination for 3-5 hours.
Add 2 cup all-purpose flour, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp chicken powder, 1 tbsp red chili flakes, 1 tsp salt in another bowl. mix it well.
Now put the chicken leg piece in the all-purpose flour for coating. Next dip it in water for 2-3 second then again give in coating of all-purpose flour. For crumbs press the pieces soft handly.
Now dip fry it for 10 minutes. And your food is ready.
