Ingredients for roasted tofu:
- 1 block of firm smoked tofu
- 1 teaspoon of yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon of soya sauce
- fresh cherry tomatoes
Ingredients for white sauce:
- 80 ml of vegan yogurt
- 30 ml of water
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 2 pinches of salt
- a pinch of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of fresh chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 0.5 teaspoon of dried marjoram
- Mix yellow mustard and soya sauce.
- Cut tofu into triangles and coat them in mustard and soya sauce mixture.
- Place it in the oven preheated at 180°C. After 20 minutes flip them around and bake for another 10-20 minutes.
- Mix vegan yogurt with a bit of water and add lemon juice, fresh chopped parsley, dried oregano, marjoram, salt and pepper. Mix it well together.
- Garnish roasted smoked tofu with fresh cherry tomatoes, white sauce and fresh parsley.
