My tour guide had some other kind of pasta. No idea what was in it, all I got is a picture :O
I feel bad publishing a single image post with no clue what the dish was, beside that it was fettuccine and was sprinkled with parmigiano. I tasted it but I really can't recall what was in it or how it tasted. The paste was perfect el dente and I remember that very well. The place is "il portico" in the Ghetto in Rome.
In a future post I will have these dishes, few different cups of coffeee, some ice cream, a pantheon. Hang tight.
