Balot is a developing bird embryo that is boiled and eaten from the shell (duck egg). The length of incubation before the egg is cooked is a matter of local preference, but generally ranges between 14 and 21 days. Vendors sell this during at night. The one that I ate is 16, the bird is not that fully develop and small. Its really good if you add some salt and vinegar when eating it. Want to try? 😃
