It's the weekend! Today, I'm going to share my own version of Tofu Adobo.
Ingredients:
7pcs of tofu
Soy sauce
Vinegar
Carrots
Onions
Garlic
Pepper
Salt
Cooking oil
PROCEDURES:
• Slice the tofu into half, put some pepper and salt then fry until golden brown. Drain and set aside.
• In a pan, saute garlic, onion and carrots. Then, combine soy sauce and vinegar (mine's around 1/3 cup of vinegar and 1/2 cup of soysauce). Add water if necessary. Add seasoning according to taste. Simmer for 3 minutes.
• Add fried tofu (cut into cubes), stir cook for 2 minutes.
• Remove from heat. Serve with steamed rice.
