After watching the tv show which showing the tour in Japan, it makes me thinking of all the great foods that I had in Japan. Some of the foods that I like the most in Japan....
The fresh sea urchin that’s sweet and tasty
The rice full of crabmeat and fish roes.
I miss the Unadon, steamed white rice, and topped with fillets of eel grilled in teriyaki sauce.
