Another of the traditional dishes of the cuisine of Old Castile, is the Castilian soup, a small delicacy, available to all pockets and easy to prepare, where bread and garlic (the latter, with its magnificent qualities) make up the ingredients basic of a natural and nutritious dish, especially accompanied by a good red wine from Ribera del Duero.
