We cooked this during the Holy Week.

Christians are not allowed to eat pork or beef during the Holy Week so we grilled some fish and mussels.

My sister Hive account@tlthornes and I were in charged to grill the mussels. We got tired of the usual way of cooking it to we added butter and cheese. We used Eden Easy Melt cheese.

It tasted amazing! 👌
