Put healthy vegetables, protein and maybe a little grain into a bowl, and you have a balanced meal that makes you feel relaxed and healthy. Ultimately your Buddha bowl should me you feel happy when you eat it.

My Buddha bowl today consists of leftovers from last night... grilled salmon and shishkabob veggies over a bowl of salad greens. Greek dressing adds an extra bit of flavor and interest. Yummy!
