Today I'm going to share the recipe of mooli (radish parantha)
Mooli parantha are very pleasing and liked almost by everyone.
I also liked it so much & wanna share with you all.
Let's see :
Ingredients :
Wheat flour
Radish
Oil
Ginger
Coriander powder
Red chilli powder
Salt
Green chilly
Garam masala
Mustard seed
Method :
Firstly knead dough. We used wheat flour and little oil to knead dough. (I think all are familiar with it)
Prepare stuffing
first I've 2 radish.
We have grated the radish.
Now radish appears to be watery so squeeze out the excess water.
Now add all spices in it & mix it well.
Stuffing is now ready .
We can fry it (sometime I fried it , it become more delicious but oily to)
Now we will start making parantha.
First take little amount of dough ,dust it with dry flour and roll it like chapati and fill stuff into it.
Now preheat the tawa and spread some oil in the preheated tawa.
and make the parantha like it.
Flip the side once it gets roasted from beneath.
Spread the oil on this side & press the parantha and roast it well from both side.
Hot and delicious parantha is ready to serve :
we can serve it with curd , sabzi , chutney & pickle.
