Red Snapper
I am not a food critic, but I do love my foods. Sometimes you get things served that have nothing in common anymore with the original product they were made of, like mousse or infusions... That's really not my thing. I like good, honest food with respect for the product. Like this, I think this fish is called Red Snapper, and the marinade in which it was drenched before the grill made it taste heavenly, but still like fish, if you know what I mean. A great, recognizable dish, nothing more, nothing less, but honest and delicious.
