Longing for BBQ weather
This delicious plate you see here was prepared by a friend of mine. He is a genius when it comes to grilling and especially slow cooked meat. The brisket was in the "Oklahoma" for 18 hours. I tell you, it was pure heaven. Nice crispy crust, but incredibly soft and juicy on the inside. The taste of the marinade was nicely in balance with the meat. Just pure skill.
Then the ribs, the meat just falls of the bone, infused with a little bit of whisky. Magnificent.
Then there is their magic BBQ sause, I don't know the secret, but I sure would want to know. Bottle that and sell it in America, and you have a gold mine!
Did I allready tell you I am longing for some barbecue weather?
