This is what we Filipinos call Bachoy. It is a noodle soup with boiled egg, chicken, carrots, and cabbage.
This was served after the camp fire during Girl Scouts' camping.
This was just right for the very cold night. It helped us stay awake to look after the camp while the girls were asleep in their tents.
