Here’s a place that’s close to my heart. I ate at Bonito’s when it was a small corner eatery mainly for students. My friend and Bonito’s owner Von would cook every dish himself, after which we would often enjoy makeshift cocktails until late at night. Now Bonito’s has grown and Von has expanded to several establishments around town. The Burger Platter is based on one of his OG dishes and I really enjoyed tasting it again.
