Monday Food Photography - Budget Friendly Dish From Left-over Fish

Fish sarciado is a fried dish cooked in tomatoes and onion but in my recipe, I added scramble eggs on it. The fried fishes were our leftovers the night before and in order to have a new dish, I decided to cook this one. Everyone in the family loved it and requested to buy extra fishes if I fried it so I can cook this dish again.
