The other omelette I referred to in Ate Great 12 is the Beef Omelette Rice with Spanish Sauce. I slid off for a taste during power shopping and wasn't disappointed one bit. It was an all beef lunch for me so my umami taste buds enjoyed food paradise. The sauce itself was quite unique for a Spanish sauce. I'm no expert in Spanish sauces so please but it had hints of tomatoes, citrus and what seemed to me like miso paste. It was blended to the perfect saltiness that pleased my salty taste buds quite nicely and didn't lose its taste when eaten with the rice.
These omelettes comes in 3 sizes which are small, medium & large. The large can be overwhelming so make sure you're really really hungry in Japanese restaurants and eateries if you decide to order the largest.
Many thanks for joining me on Ate Great 13, it's appreciated more than you know!
