Being practically a household brand in the little town of Azeitão, this is an amazingly delicious and famous region pastry. Azeitão is just a short car drive south of Lisbon in Portugal.
The pastry consists of a sweet egg yolk paste spread on sheets of soft dough, sprinkled with cinnamon, and then rolled up and cut into about 3-inch by 1-inch thick rolls.
