Longanisa is a type of Spanish sausage similar to the Chorizo sausage, and it has hundreds of variants with different tastes and forms .
This in the images is a Philipino sausage, and it was flavoured with various indigenous spices and with a touch of garlic. There are also other that are salty, almost sour type of variety. But, it wasn't the case here
As you see, the dish is served with 3 Longanisa sausages, 2 fried eggs, blue rice and some greenies.
The taste was the more amazing, as the place where i had it, is a small local coffee shop, where they serve food as well, and is all home-made and organic.
