Hi friends, this time again my entry to the contest was yesterday to visit the colony tovar a mountain a few hours from caracas - venezuela where they live descendants and natives of germany, it is a very familiar place is really to spend A beautiful day, from strawberries with cream to the best German sausages. This dish consists of 3 sausages, one stuffed with garlic, another stuffed with red peppers and the other is mixed with beer, this was accompanied by some very rich steamed potatoes with a sprinkling of cilantro. It also included bread made by the restaurant and the typical sauces German that are based on mayonnaise, garlic, spices and some magic secret that should make you make an explosion of flavors on the palate. All this was accompanied by a juice of peaches that they grow on that mountain.
