In a cold day, nothing is better than a bowl of hot soup noodles. So today I cooked pork Miso noodle 🍜 for myself and would like to share the recipe.
天寒地冻没有什么比吃一碗汤面更好的了。所以今天我给自己煮了一碗猪肉味增拉面,顺便上来分享一下~
Ingredients
Japanese Remen 100g
Pork Slices (thin) 50g
Broccoli 50g
Miso Paste 2 tablespoons
材料
日本拉面 100g
薄猪肉片 50g
西兰花 50g
味增酱 2大勺
Methods
1 boil the remen in 500g water
2 add the broccoli and keep boiling until the vegetable is crisp and tender
3 add the miso paste and some salt.
4 prepare a non sticky pan, add some oil and fry the pork slices, add some soy sauce
5 put the pork slice on the noodles, add some nori and saseme for dressing
做法
1 将拉面放入大约500g水中 煮熟
2 加入西兰花,煮到蔬菜脆爽
3 加入味增酱和一点点盐调味
4 准备一个不粘锅,加入一点点油,把猪肉片炒熟,加入一点酱油调味
5 将炒好的猪肉片放在拉面上,加一点海苔碎和芝麻点缀
