Discord

Great news!! As is sometimes the case - things just fall into place. A new writer's discord just started - The Isle of Write by writers who wanted to create a group with few rules besides ### be nice!

When I inquired on PAL for info on how to get a discord started, Hive account@torico suggested this group and the founders invited us in to join. We have our own room!!

Click on the link and it will take you to the discord channel. I joined a while ago and don't remember if I had to download anything, but I am pretty sure you don't.

If you aren't familiar with discord. It was developed for gamers to have a way to communicate and has become a major tool for the Steemit community. Interest groups are talking to and supporting each other. Or just talk about what everyone had for breakfast.
Friendships are built beyond what is possible by commenting on posts. Also, it has a function for private messaging. The best part - it is easy to use!!!

Hope to see you all there. But no worries if that is not for you. Just an option for those who would like to visit more.
