Hi steemians, a new week has started, and good food can´t never be missed. As our occupied and modern lives demand from us to be practical even with food, then here I show you how to do an easy, fast and very nutritive mushrooms sadwich. Also this post is in order to participate in fruits and veggies monday contest, created by @lenasveganliving, hosted by @plantstoplanks. So here goes the yum part:
Procedure:
- Slice 100 g of mushrooms and fry them in medium fire during ten minutes. When finished, add two spoons of chopped coriander, and a bit of salt.
-Spread the pulp of half ripe avocade over two pieces of bread, like this:
- Finally, put the fried mushrooms over the avocado, and... .
