Yesterday I and hubby had a super cozy day and visited Swedens best vegan brunch! The Radisson Blu Hotel in Solna, Sweden, started their vegan brunch this year and it has been a mega hit so far. Fully booked pretty much all the time to you need to make a reservation!
The vegan movement in Sweden is on a high rise and I'm so excited to experience it in the front row. New products and restaurants are popping up continuously and all the existing restaurants are adding more and more vegan options on the menu. I think that in a few years Stockholm might be on the same level as Berlin. Just might.
With a lot of fruits and veggies, I thought this brunch buffé would fit perfectly for
