1 gallon fermentation jar with weight
clean non-chlorinated water
Almost 1 gallon of fresh picked green beans (lightly blanched)
2 heads of garlic (cloves peeled and crushed)
3 fresh cayenne peppers or 1/4cup crushed red pepper (or both not my business)
5 Tbsps of seasalt (not table salt)
3 Tbsps sorghum sugar (can be substituted with honey if you're too far north)
1 whole fresh horseradish leaf (substitute grape or oak leaves)
4 heads of fresh dill
at least Tbsp of each
Whole black peppercorns
Coriander seed
Yellow mustard seeds
Fresh Rosemary
Thyme
Oregano
Paprika
Caraway seed
Pack as shown (sorry I'm not that great at packing jars)
and put in a cool dark place.
Bonus points if you can grow everything yourself (well minus the the jar.)
