After having booked a table a few weeks in advance, we set out to meet this small temple of good taste and passion for restoration.
And is that La Salita, with its creative market cuisine and the excellent service of its room, it is a small great restaurant which makes it easy to stand out from many others.
Small because, as its name indicates, the room where they provide their service is discreet, cozy and elegant.
Great because the love that the owner and head chef Begoña Rodrigo prints to her business, it becomes noticeable in every little detail, amplifying it.
I could continue to define each part of our pleasant experience since they opened the door to the restaurant, but I do not want to advance more sensations, with the prerogative that you go to get your own impression.
Therefore, sparing in words, I'm only going to leave you with the titles and images of the dishes of one of their tasting menus.
