Dried cherries 2 tbsp
Organic chicken broth 1/3 C
Organic cream cheese 2 tbsp
Organic turkey meatballs (8)
Organic peas 1/4 C
Organic parsley 1 tbsp
Blue cheese 1/2 C
Tomatoes (1)
Baby rainbow chard from the garden
Gnocchi noodles
Cooked onions with EVOO salt and pepper.
Add Broth and dried cherries.
Chop blue cheese.
Add cream and Italian dressing.
Add cooked Gnocchi, blue cheese, peas and parsley.
SERVE with tomatoes and top with cut meatballs , parsley, peas and rainbow chard.
