Today I am grateful for my favorite healthy breakfast and for starting my day off right.
Ingredients:
- banana
- apple
- tangerine
- coconut protein
- cacao
- cinnamon
- flax seeds
- sunflower seeds
- pumpkin seeds
- chia seeds
- a little bit of water
(I totally forgot to put some oats which I usually use in smoothies)
I had this smoothie about half an hour after I got up and it filled me up so I had my first coffee two hours after smoothie. I managed to have only one coffee today. It's now 8:11 PM and I'm already so sleepy! Tomorrow I will write about my journey towards healthier life.
