Ahhhhhh Yeah! Feels great to be at the gym again, already craving it for tomorrow.
Was pretty alone at the gym this evening which is always nice.
Started off with 5 sets of squats - last 2 sets I super set in some chip ups
Then I went for my Shoulder Bolder workout
Starts off with 4 sets of sitting shoulder dumbbell press
Then shoulder flies
Bent over shoulder flies
Cable Shoulder raise
Crazy 8's where you take a lighter weight and do 8 sets of each
- shoulder fly
- front shoulder fly
- bent over shoulder fly
- shoulder raises
- shoulder press
Then I did 10 minutes of skipping rope - THAT was intense, my heart was beating so hard afterwards.
Tomorrow I want to get some core exercises in and maybe do 15 minutes of hiit - Those 2 I want to do for sure
