I have to say I'm doing good guys. Today is my girls birthday and I was going to cheat on my diet a little but I held strong. This evening I had the Minestrone soup from Olive Garden. If you never had it before you should try it next time. It's filling and low on calories.
Below I have the ingredients
3 cups reduced-sodium vegetable or chicken broth.
1 (28-ounce) can diced tomatoes.
1 (15-ounce) can white (cannellini or navy) beans, drained.
2 carrots, peeled and chopped.
1 celery stalk, chopped.
1 cup onion, chopped.
1 teaspoon dried thyme.
1/2 teaspoon dried sage.
