Recipe:
Ingredients
1 can chickpeas, drained
2 tbsp tahini paste
1 glove garlic, minced
2 tbsp lemon juice,
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
Method
Place chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice in a blender. Process until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasonings to taste. Add oil and pulse again until mixture comes together.
Note:
Add 1 small cooked beetroot for that pink one. So yummy! Enjoy.
