If I start telling the benefits of chia seeds, I won't stop. But let me tell you some of it.
- it has a lot of fibre.
- it helps in weight lose.
- it prevents cancer.
- it is high in omega 3.
- it is high in antioxidants
Basically it have every single thing that you need.
So you can take it in numeral ways, sometimes I like to have it as my breakfast, as a pudding.
It is colourful, it is yummy and it is healthiest.
**How to make it? **
Take about half or half and a quarter cup of milk, take any milk, coconut almond any.
Add in about 5-6 tbspn of chiaa seeds and about a tbspn of honey.
In another small bowl, add in 2 tbsp of cocoa powder and 2 tbspn of milk, stirit well and add it to the chia seeds mix.
Keep it in the fridge overnight or you can also keep it for 2-3 hours if in hurry.
Top up with some seasonal fruits and some mixed seeds for the crunch. And a spoonful of peanut butter. It all add extra Nutrition.
