Cuando hablamos del agua lo primero que se nos viene a la mente es energía , vida y fortaleza. Y no es para menos por que el agua es una parte esencial de la vida en este mundo. No hay elemento en la naturaleza que le proporcione al cuerpo la potencia que necesita al precio que lo da. El gua compone la mayoría de nuestras células influyendo ademas en los funciones del organismo. Así que vamos a darle la importancia que merece , aunque a veces lo tengamos de manera fácil por ser uno de los recurso naturales mas abundantes en el planeta. Tenemos que valorar las ventajas que nos proporciona y tomarnos nuestro vasos de agua recomendados diario, Siempre por encima de cualquier otro liquido.

When we talk about water, the first thing that comes to mind is energy, life and strength. And it is no wonder because water is an essential part of life in this world. There is no element in nature that gives the body the power it needs at the price it gives. The gua makes up the majority of our cells and also influences the body's functions. So let's give it the importance it deserves, even if sometimes we have it in an easy way because it is one of the most abundant natural resources on the planet. We have to value the advantages it gives us and drink our recommended glasses of water daily, always above any other liquid.
