Just wanted to share my workout routine for the day, i hope i can achieve my health goals and stay fit .
1- 5 sets of lying leg curls (10 reps )
2- 5 sets band hip adductions (5 reps )
3- 7 sets dumbbell rear lunge ( 10 reps )
4- 10 sets medicinal ball for abs (10 reps)
5- Swimming 1 hour
