Jalfrezi
Oil ¼ cup
Onion chopped 1cup
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Boneless chicken 1kg
Tomato puree 1cup
Coriander powder ½ tbsp
Red chilli powder ½ tbsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Salt 1tsp
Chilli flakes 1tsp
Garam masala powder 1tsp
Soya sauce 1tbsp
Chilli sauce 1tbsp
Yogurt ½ cup
SuperChef Tomato Ketchup ¼ cup
Whole red chillies 3-4
Capsicum cubes 1 cup
Tomato cubes 1 cup
Zeera rice
Oil 2tbsp
Cumin seeds 1tbsp
Salt 1tbsp
Water 5cups
Soaked rice 3cups
Directions for Chicken Jalfrezi:
1- In a pan add oil, onion and cook until translucent.
2- Now add ginger garlic paste, cook for a minute and add boneless chicken and cook until chicken changes color.
3- Now add tomato puree, soya sauce, chili sauce, coriander powder, red chili flakes, garam masala powder, red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder and cook for 7-8 minutes.
4- Now add yogurt, SuperChef Tomato Ketchup and cook until fully done.
5- Now add capsicum, onion, tomato, whole red chilies and mix it well.
Directions for Zeera Rice:
1- In a pan add oil, cumin seeds and saute for 30 seconds.
2- Now add water, salt, bring it to a boil and ad soaked rice.
3- Cover and cook until rice is fully done.
