I tell you that in Colombia a week or so ago, came out the new McDonald's ice cream that would be the McFlurry of Milo. I must say that at first it did not call my attention, but after seeing so many videos on tiktok and good and not so good reviews on instagram I took the task to try it and give my own conclusion.
Together with my partner we went to the AutoMac of the McDonald's closest to home, when we arrived we ordered the McFlurry of Milo which had a value of $9,500 Colombian pesos ($2.23 dollars) along with a portion of large potatoes, I don't know about you but I love the combination of potatoes and ice cream, I feel it is super rich.
Now, talking about the ice cream as such, I really liked its presentation, the green color of the packaging seemed quite striking. The ice cream itself comes with the traditional vanilla ice cream base, and as a topping it has granulated milo powder and chopped milo cookies, which if I'm not mistaken, were chocolate.
Personally I like to stir the topping with the ice cream for a better tasting, so by doing so I could perceive that the ice cream has different textures but it is not unpleasant, on the contrary, I liked it a lot and it reminded me a little of the oreo McFlurry, although the flavor clearly changes. I felt that it is not as cloying as others that have been released in the market since it does not contain sauce, so I give it a 9/10. I already want to see what the next seasonal flavor will be. Hola chicos, feliz día! Espero que su fin de semana este marchando de la mejor manera y sobre todo con comida rica de por medio. Les cuento que en Colombia hace una semana o más, salió el nuevo helado de McDonald's que vendría siendo el McFlurry de Milo. Debo decir que al inicio no me llamaba tanto la atención, pero después de ver tantos videos en tiktok y reseñas buenas y no tan buenas por instagram me tomé la tarea de probar y dar mi propia conclusión.
Junto a mi pareja fuimos al AutoMac del McDonald's más cercano a casa, al llegar pedimos el McFlurry de Milo que tuvo un valor de $9.500 pesos Colombianos ($2.23 dólares) junto a una ración de papas grandes, no sé ustedes pero a mi me encanta la combinación de papas y helado, siento que es super rica.
Ahora bien, hablando como tal del helado me gustó muchísimo su presentación, el color verde del envase me pareció bastante llamativo. El helado en si viene con la base del helado tradicional de vainilla, y como topping tiene polvo granulado de milo y galletas troceadas de milo que si no estoy mal, eran de chocolate.
En lo personal me gusta mucho revolver el topping con el helado para una mejor degustación, así que al hacerlo pude percibir que el helado tiene diferentes texturas pero no es desagradable, al contrario, me gustó bastante y me hizo acordar un poco al McFlurry de oreo, aunque cambia el sabor claramente. Sentí que no es tan empalagoso como otros que han sacado al mercado ya que no contiene salsa, así que por mi parte le doy un 9/10. Ya quiero ver cual será el próximo sabor de temporada. y ustedes, ¿ya probaron este nuevo McFlurry?
