I tell you that yesterday on a girls outing with my mom, we found this ice cream parlor located in the Alegra shopping center in the city of Barranquilla, where they offer a new ice cream proposal that is ice cream in rolls, although I had already had the opportunity to try ice cream this way in Sincelejo, it was not until a few months ago that they opened an ice cream parlor with this proposal in Barranquilla.
The restaurant is located on the second floor of the mall and I really liked this restaurant theme since it consists of several trailers where they sell a variety of food and of course, also drinks.
When you get to the place you find the menu and a girl who advises you with any questions you have, there are different options that they give you to taste, from water-based ice cream rolls, cream, drink flavors to waffles with ice cream, we chose the cream-based ice cream where we could also choose the flavor of ice cream if we wanted it with fruit or cookies and chocolates, a sauce and a topping for a value of $ 11,500 ($ 2.53 dollars).
Assembling the ice cream to my liking, I chose chocolate and hazelnut with red fruit sauce and white chocolate chip topping, my mom chose of kiwi with dulce de leche sauce and chocolate chip topping. I really liked that right there you can see how they prepare the ice cream so I asked the girl if I could take a picture of it and she kindly replied that yes, no problem, I was definitely surprised by the handling of the spatulas and above all I found interesting the technique they use to make the ice cream more eye-catching.
The place and the service seemed incredible, of course the ice cream also seemed very tasty since it melted when you tasted it but you could feel the creaminess at the same time, the price seemed very good for the quantity. No doubt it is a different plan and a very interesting way to taste a delicious ice cream, at the end we decided to take a walk around the mall and I found this nice phrase that I leave in the last picture. Hola amigos, feliz domingo! Espero hayan pasado un excelente fin de semana. Les cuento que el día de ayer en una salida de chicas con mi mamá, nos encontramos con esta heladería ubicada en el centro comercial Alegra en la ciudad de Barranquilla, donde brindan una nueva propuesta de helado que viene siendo helado en rollitos, aunque ya había tenido la oportunidad de probar el helado de esta manera en Sincelejo, no fue si no hasta hace unos meses que abrieron una heladería con esta propuesta en Barranquilla.
El restaurante se encuentra ubicado en el segundo piso del centro comercial y esta temática de restaurantes me gustó mucho ya que se trata de varios trailers donde venden variedad de comidas y por supuesto, también bebidas.
Al llegar al lugar encuentras el menú y a una chica que te asesora con cualquier duda que tengas, hay diferentes opciones que te brindan para degustar, desde rollitos de helado a base de agua, crema, sabores de bebidas hasta waffles con helado, nosotras elegimos los helados a base de crema donde también podíamos escoger el sabor de helado si es que lo deseabamos con frutas o galletas y chocolates, una salsa y un topping por un valor de $11.500 ($2,53 dólares).
Armando el helado a mi gusto, escogí de chocolate y avellanas con salsa de frutos rojos y topping de chispas de chocolate blanco, mi mamá escogió uno de kiwi con salsa de dulce de leche y topping de chispas de chocolate. Me gustó mucho que allí mismo puedes observar como preparan los helados así que le pregunté a la chica si le podía tomar una foto por lo que muy amable me respondió que si, que no había problema, definitivamente me sorprendió el manejo de las espátulas y sobre todo me pareció interesante la técnica que usan para hacer el helado más llamativo.
El lugar y la atención me parecieron increíbles, por supuesto el helado también me pareció muy rico ya que se deshacía al probarlo pero se sentía lo cremoso a la vez, el precio me pareció muy bueno para la cantidad. Sin duda es un plan diferente y una manera muy interesante de degustar de un rico helado, al final decidimos dar una vuelta por el centro comercial y me encontré con esta linda frase que les dejo en la última foto.
