Hola a todos. Yo soy Lelys 馃檵 no soy experta cocinera, pero si muy buena comensal. Me gusta much铆simo comer. No obstante, todos los d铆as debo preparar las comidas que consumimos en el hogar. La primera raz贸n que mi pap谩 nos daba para convencernos de comer pescado es el valor nutritivo del pescado, rico en f贸sforos, ideal para fortificar el cerebro y ser m谩s inteligentes. Mi pap谩 dec铆a que para sacar siempre 20 en los ex谩menes hab铆a que comer pescado. De hecho en mi casa era un ritual, los domingos se com铆a sopa y seco. Claro, aquellas sopas que preparaba mi mam谩 ten铆an desde pescado hasta jaibas y camarones. 驴A qui茅n no le va a gustar tanta ricura?
INGREDIENTES:
2 pescados FRESCOS. Catacos.
Sal al gusto.
Aceite para fre铆r.
PREPARACI脫N:
La manera m谩s tradicional de preparar este pescado es frito o en sopa. Es un pescado demasiado bueno, carnoso y de exquisito sabor.
Adem谩s en comparaci贸n con otros pescados, el Cataco es bastante econ贸mico. Yo compr茅 1 kilo por 42,00 bsd, el equivalente a un poco m谩s de 2hbd 贸 2$. Ahora bien vamos a elegir los pescados; para ellos debemos tomar en cuenta al menos estos dos aspectos:
馃 M铆ralo a los ojos. Si sientes que est谩 vivo EST脕 FRESCO 馃槉
馃 T贸calo, no te de pena. Debe estar DURO y con muy buen olor, es decir, oler a mar y no a otra cosa.
馃 Si茅ntelo. Su piel debe estar suave, c贸mo si no tuviera escamas. No te dar谩 pudor tocarlo porque EST脕 FRESCO.
Antes de preparar tu receta debes preparar el pescado. Eso significa que vas a lavarlos, abrirlos por la barriga, abrir su cabeza y halar sus v铆sceras tom谩ndolas desde las hagallas.
Despu茅s de sacar las v铆sceras se vuelve a lavar muy bien. Eliminando lo m谩s que puedas ese color negro que se ve por dentro para que no amargue al comerse.
Finalmente se escaman los pescados usando la punta filosa de un cuchillo. Se levantan las escamas desde la cola a la cabeza. Se vuelve a lavar y se hace un corte diagonal en cada lado del pescado. Esto para que absorba los condimentos que vamos a ponerle y se pueda cocinar mejor.
El pescado debe fre铆rse en aceite bien caliente. No tarda mucho en cocinarse. As铆 que es una comida ideal para los creadores de contenido quienes pasamos el d铆a ocupados.

Before preparing your recipe you must prepare the fish. That means that you are going to wash them, open them by the belly, open their head and pull their guts by taking them from the gills.
After removing the guts, wash them again very well. Eliminating as much as you can that black color that is seen inside so that it is not bitter to eat.
Finally, flake the fish using the sharp point of a knife. The scales are lifted from the tail to the head. Wash again and make a diagonal cut on each side of the fish. This is so that it absorbs the seasoning that we are going to put on it and it can be cooked better.
The fish should be fried in very hot oil. It does not take long to cook. So it is an ideal meal for content creators who spend the day busy.
