Merry Merry Christmas my dear hivers, friends and colleagues 🎄🎁🎉 my post is late today but very Christmassy and full of love to all of you. Many of those who know me know that I love making cookies and what I love the most is that I can make any design they want and I think that's the best of all because my imagination flies and flies very far 👩🏻🍳 on this occasion, taking advantage of December dates, I made some cookies with the figure of a Christmas tree and scenes that are widely used at Christmas 🎄 to give them a very artistic touch, I decorated them with colored icing and pearls (rain of colors) and they turned out really great , so I will start my recipe today.
Feliz feliz navidad mis queridos hivers, amigos y compañeros 🎄🎁🎉 mi publicación llega tarde el día de hoy pero muy navideña y llena de amor para todos ustedes. Muchos de los que me conocen saben que amo elaborar galletas y lo que más amo es que puedo realizar el diseño que desee y creo que esa es la mejor parte de todo debido a que mi imaginación vuela y vuela muy lejos 👩🏻🍳 en esta ocasión aprovechando las fechas decembrina elabore unas galletas con figura de árbol de navidad y bambalinas las cuales son muy usadas en navidad 🎄 para obtener un toque muy artístico las decore con glass de colores y perlas (lluvia de colores) y quedaron realmente geniales, así que dare inicio a mi receta el día de hoy.
For the elaboration of this recipe I have used the following ingredients
✓100 gr of margarine.
✓3/4 cup sugar.
✓1 egg.
✓2 cups wheat flour.
✓Baking powders.
✓Figure cutters.
✓Trays.
✓Glaze.
✓Colorings.
✓Rain of colors.
Para la elaboración de esta receta he utilizado los siguientes ingredientes
✓100 gr de margarina.
✓3/4 taza azúcar.
✓1 huevo.
✓2 tazas harina de trigo.
✓Polvos de hornear.
✓Cortadores de figura.
✓Bandejas.
✓Glaseado.
✓Colorantes.
✓Lluvia de colores.
🎄 Step 1: Our first step will be to make the cookie dough, for this we mix the margarine in the mixer until creamy, then we add the sugar and beat until we feel no lumps. Then, the egg is added together with the essence of vanilla and finally the wheat flour together with the previously sifted baking powder to eliminate impurities, thus leaving a perfect dough to design cookies.
🎄 Paso 1: Nuestro primer paso será elaborar la masa de las las galletas para esto mezclamos en la batidora la margarina hasta que esté cremada luego agregamos el azúcar y se bate hasta no sentir grumos. Luego, se agrega el huevo junto con la esencia de vainilla y finalmente la harina de trigo junto con los polvos de hornear previamente cernidos para así eliminar las impurezas quedando de esta manera una masa perfecta para diseñar galletas.
🎄 Step 2: With the dough ready, I proceed to make the cookie designs, for this I use a roller and thus be able to spread the dough. He cut the dough into different portions to make it much easier to use and I proceed to spread it in a clean and flat place and made the figures with the cutters as shown in the following photographs:
🎄 Paso 2: Con la masa lista procedo a realizar los diseños de las galletas para esto utilizo un rodillo y así poder extender la masa. Cortó la masa en diferentes porciones para que sea mucho más fácil su uso y procedo a extenderla en un lugar limpio y plano y realizó las figuras con los cortadores cómo se muestra en las siguientes fotografías:
🎄 Step 3: Now I place the cookies on a previously floured tray and proceed to take them to the oven to cook for approximately 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius when they are ready, remove and let cool so I can decorate later.
🎄 Paso 3: Ahora bien coloco las galletas en una bandeja previamente enharinadas y procedo a llevar al horno a cocinar por aproximadamente 20 minutos a una temperatura de 180 grados centígrados al estar listas retiro y dejo enfriar para luego poder decorar.
🎄 Step 4: To decorate the cookies I use frosting which I make with milk and snow sugar and I place a few drops of the color you want to use on this occasion it has been green, pink and orange. It should be noted that a lot of milk should not be added, just a few drops and we will obtain sufficient quantities.
🎄 Paso 4: Para decorar las galletas utilizo glaseado el cuál elaboro con leche y nevazucar y coloco unas gotas del color que desee utilizar en esta ocasión ha sido color verde, rosado y naranja. Cabe resaltar que no se debe agregar mucha leche solo algunas gotas y obtendremos cantidades suficientes.
🎄 Step 5: With the icing already ready, I proceed to decorate the cookies, for this I use the help of a brush and proceed to paint the scenes in different colors and the trees in green.
🎄 Step 6: To give a more artistic and much more beautiful touch, I place colored rains simulating lights on the tree as well as simulating red scenes, as can be seen in the photographs:
🎄 Paso 5: Con el glaseado ya listo procedo a decorar las galletas para esto utilizo la ayuda de un pincel y procedo a pintar las bambalinas de diferentes colores y los árboles de color verde.
🎄 Paso 6: Para dar un toque más artístico y mucho más lindo coloco lluvias de colores simulando luces en el árbol al igual que simulando bambalinas rojas, así como se puede observar en las fotografías:
In this way I finally get some delicious and beautiful Christmas cookies 🎄🎁 which I have made with all the love in the world and the subtraction has been more than satisfactory. I must say that you have to have a lot of patience to elaborate this design and decoration but it is something that I like so I loved doing it.
