Hello hello my beautiful people from hive 🌼 today I am sharing with you a delicious cake that I have made for my beloved nephew Fabián 🍰👩🏻🍳 celebrating his first communion. Here in my country the first communion is something really important and he could not be the exception, I made him some desserts so that his memories of this celebration would be beautiful.
This time I share with you the decoration of the cake, I have decorated it with flexible edible dough. The preparation has been very simple because I did not have much time to make another design but it was still simple but beautiful and most importantly: delicious! So I'll start and I hope you enjoy it.
Hola hola mi gente bonita de hive 🌼 hoy comparto contigo una delicia de pastel que he elaborado para mí amado sobrino Fabián 🍰👩🏻🍳 festejando su primera comunión. Aquí en mi país la primera comunión es algo realmente importante y el no podía ser la excepción, le elabore algunos postres para que sus recuerdos de esta celebración fueran hermosos.
En esta ocasión comparto contigo la decoración del pastel, lo he decorado con masa flexible comestible. Ha sido muy sencilla la elaboración porque no tuve mucho tiempo de realizar otro diseño pero aún así quedó sencilla pero linda y lo más importante: ¡Deliciosa! Así que iniciaré y espero lo disfrutes.
The materials used for this decoration have been: flexible mass 1/4 kg, Cmc, Coloring, letter cutters and arequipe.
🍰 Step 1: I have started spreading the cake 🍰 with arequipe all over its edges, that is, I have completely covered it and this is so that the dough sticks to the cake:

🍰 Paso 1: He iniciado untando el ponqué 🍰 con arequipe por todos sus bordes es decir, lo he cubierto por completo y esto es para que la masa se pegue al ponqué:
🍰 Step 2: As a second step I have proceeded to spread the flexible dough in a clean and flat place so that I can then cover the cake 🍰 for this I use the help of a rolling pin and to prevent the dough from sticking to our hands I use butter and snow sugar powder:
🍰 Paso 2: Cómo segundo paso he procedido a extender la masa flexible en un lugar limpio y plano para luego así poder cubrir el pastel 🍰 para esto utilizo la ayuda de un rodillo y para evitar que la masa se pegue a nuestras manos utilizo manteca y nevazucar en polvo:

🍰 Step 4: With the cutters I have proceeded to cut out a phrase from "My first communion" for this I have painted the dough yellow to differentiate it from its base color and I have proceeded to paste it with cmc to prevent it from sticking stain the cake:
🍰 Paso 3: Por último he igual de importante he procedido a colocar una cinta dorada en la parte baja de la torta como decoración.
🍰 Paso 4: Con los cortadores he procedido a recortar una frase de "Mi primera comunión" para esto he pintado la masa de color amarillo para diferenciarla de su color base y he procedido a pegarlo con cmc para evitar que se manche el pastel:

Me propuse como meta para este año realizar videos y espero poder hacerlo porque pienso que de esa manera podrías entender y observar mucho mejor los paso a paso de mis recetas.
