Buen día ☀️ espero que todos estén grandiosamente bien y tengan un jueves genial ✨ hoy tengo para tí otra receta exquisita la cual es un diseño de galletas geniales 🥰 en esta ocasión son unas estrellas brillantes y coloridas y además de eso deliciosas 👩🏻🍳 daré inicio deseando que te gusten.
For the elaboration of this recipe I have used the following ingredients:
✓100 gr of margarine.
✓3/4 cup of sugar.
✓1 egg.
✓2 cups of wheat flour.
✓Baking powders.
✓Trays.
✓Star cutter.
✓Icing and sprinkles.
Para la elaboración de esta receta he utilizado los siguientes ingredientes:
✓100 gr de margarina.
✓3/4 taza de azúcar.
✓1 huevo.
✓2 tazas de harina de trigo.
✓Polvos para hornear.
✓Bandejas.
✓Cortador de estrella.
✓Glaseado y sprinkles.
🌟 Step 1: It begins by making the dough that we will use to give the cookies a design, so we put the margarine in the mixer and beat until creamy 👩🏻🍳 then we add the sugar and beat until we no longer feel lumps of sugar 👩🏻🍳 followed by this, add the egg along with the essence of ice cream and continue mixing:
🌟 Step 2: Now that the above is obtained, we proceed to add the wheat flour together with the baking powder until a compact and homogeneous mass is obtained as shown in the photograph.
🌟 Paso 1: Se inicia elaborando la masa que utilizaremos para dar diseño a las galletas así que colocamos en la batidora la margarina y batimos hasta estar cremosa 👩🏻🍳 luego agregamos el azúcar y batimos hasta ya no sentir grumos de azúcar 👩🏻🍳 seguido de esto se agrega el huevo junto con la esencia de mantecado y se continúa mezclando:
🌟 Paso 2: Ahora obtenido lo anterior se procede agregar la harina de trigo junto con los polvos de hornear hasta obtener una masa compacta y homogénea cómo se muestra en la fotografía.
🌟 Step 3: Now I proceed to give the cookies a design, for this I spread the dough in a clean and flat place with the help of a rolling pin 👩🏻🍳 and with the figure cutter I proceed to make the cookie cuts as can be seen in the photographs:
🌟 Paso 3: Ahora procedo a dar diseño a las galletas para esto extiendo la masa en un lugar limpio y plano con ayuda de un rodillo 👩🏻🍳 y con el cortador de figura procedo a realizar los cortes de galletas así como se puede apreciar en las fotografías:
🌟 Step 4: Now I place the cookies on a previously floured tray and take them directly to the oven for approximately 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius and remove from the oven when the cookies are already toasted.
🌟 Paso 4: Ahora coloco las galletas en una bandeja previamente enharinadas y llevo directo al horno por aproximadamente 20 minutos a una temperatura de 180 grados centígrados y retiro del horno al ya estar tostadas las galletas.
🌟 Step 5: The next step corresponds to the decoration of the cookies for this I have used frosting based on egg white, snow sugar and lemon 🍋 with a strong consistency. I have used white color for the stars and trying to get another nice color I got too dark purple hahahaha so yes my stars are Yin and Yang ☯️ hahaha but I must admit it was nice.
🌟 Step 6: As the last step I proceed to cover the cookie with the frosting and place pastel colored sprinkles on top 🌟 the cookies are too beautiful.
🌟 Paso 5: El siguiente paso corresponde a la decoracion de las galletas para esto he utilizado glaseado a base de clara de huevo, nevazucar y limón 🍋 con una consistencia fuerte. He utilizado color blanco para las estrellas y tratando de obtener otro color agradable he obtenido un morado demasiado oscuro jajajaja así que si mis estrellas son el Yin y Yang ☯️ jajaja pero debo admitir que ha sido agradable.
🌟 Paso 6: Cómo último paso procedo a cubrir la galleta con el glaseado y en la parte superior colocar sprinklers de colores pasteles 🌟 quedando demasiado hermosas las galletas.
