For me it is an honor to share with you one of my best experiences getting to know Paris. This was a three-day trip, short but very intense in activities. The truth is that in such a short time we could not visit all the places we would have liked to. I confess that I had made a long list hahaha.
We realized that the places to visit were very distant and we were very novice in relation to how we should move. So there came a time when we decided to relax and enjoy ourselves. Also, during my stay with my daughter in Paris we realized that in order to know which restaurant to visit we had to search on the Internet, besides we wanted to try the typical or most representative food of that country, among them the crepes.
The second day was really great. After our walk through the city we stopped with the cell phone to investigate a recognized and recommended place. This had to be of quality, offering crepes and good service. This procedure was necessary because we had two bad experiences in restaurants that we attended without researching previously.

Para mí es un honor compartir con ustedes una de mis mejores experiencias conociendo París. Éste fue un viaje de tres días, corto pero muy intenso en actividades. La verdad que en tan poco tiempo no podíamos conocer todos los sitios que hubiesemos querido. Les confieso que había hecho una lista larga jajaja.
Nos dimos cuenta que los lugares a visitar se encontraban muy distantes y estábamos muy novatas en relación a como debíamos trasladarnos. Entonces llegó un momento que decidimos relajarnos y disfrutar. Asimismo, durante mi estadía con mi hija en París nos dimos cuenta que para saber qué restaurante visitar debíamos buscar por Internet, además queríamos probar la comida típica o más reprentativa de ese país, entre ellos las crepes.
El segundo día fué realmente grandioso. Después de nuestro paseo por la ciudad nos detuvimos con el celular a investigar un sitio reconocido y recomendado. Este debía ser de calidad, que ofrecieran crepes y buen servicio. Este procedimiento fué necesario porque tuvimos dos malas experiencias en restaurantes que asistimos sin investigar previamente.
So we were close to "La creme de Paris" near one of the museums we visited that day. Specifically near the "Notre Dame" Cathedral and the "Louvre Museum". It is a restaurant specialized in crepes, waffles and pancakes. In addition to all a variety of smoothies and others that can be seen on the menu, which I had the opportunity to photograph. The hours of operation I could see when we consulted on the Internet making reference to work every day of the week from 8:00 am until 2: am. Unbelievable friends.
From the moment we arrived when we saw the corner, the name, the amount of people wow we were impressed. At the entrance I was able to take some nice pictures. This restaurant was very airy with no air conditioning, small tables, cozy and a nice decoration. We were placed at a table near the window where you could see the movement of cars, people, other means of transportation and the movement of the city very lively and busy.
The service was very fast, friendly and impeccable. The first thing they placed on the table was a pitcher with water and sprigs of mint; I loved that and of course the menu. We were very excited, happy and optimistic that we had arrived at the right place. I have to say that from the moment we saw it from afar it gave us a very good impression.
Es así que estábamos cerca de "La creme de París" cerca de uno de los museos que visitamos ese día. Específicamente cerca de la Catedral de "Notre Dame" y el "Museo de Louvre". Es un restaurante especializado en crepes, waffles y panqueques. Además de todo una variedad de smoothies y otros que se puede apreciar en el menú, que tuve la oportunidad de fotografiar. El horario de atención al público lo pude ver cuando consultamos por Internet haciendo referencia que trabaja todos los días de la semana desde las 8:00 am hasta las 2: am. Increíble amigos.
Desde el momento que llegamos cuando vimos la esquina, el nombre, la cantidad de gente wow nos impresionó. En la entrada me pude tomar unas lindas fotos. Este restaurant era muy ventilado sin aire acondicionado, sus mesas pequeñas. acogedoras y una linda decoración. Nos ubicaron en una mesa cerca de la ventana a donde se podía ver el movimiento de los carros, gente, otros medios de transporte y el movimiento de la ciudad muy animada y concurrida.
La atención muy rápida, amable e impecable. Lo primero que colocaron en la mesa fué una jarra con agua y ramitas de Hierbabuena; eso me encantó y por su puesto el menú. Estábamos muy emocionadas, contentas y optimista de haber llegado al sitio correcto. Tengo que decir que desde que vimos desde lejos nos dió muy buena impresión.
There were delicious and appealing alternatives on the menu but we didn't want to miss the crepes. My daughter ordered a sweet one with Nutella and fruits like strawberries and banana, as well as other ingredients. She accompanied it with a mango smoothie and other ingredients such as pineapple and coconut. I preferred to order a savory crepe, this one had smoked salmon, cheddar cheese and spinach. I accompanied it with a strawberry, banana and pear smoothie. All a delightful treat #hive friends.
Friends such exquisite flavors as I tasted every bite. The combination of the smoked salmon with the cheese so exquisite, it was melted and you could feel the warmth of my plate still with the softness and freshness of the spinach that crepes was a delicatez. The beautifully decorated smoothie had a thick consistency with a mix of sweet and sour flavors, I was fascinated by this drink. I was satiated with the amount and it was really enough.
Everything on the menu was priced accordingly. The smoothies were 10 euros each and the crepes 14 and 16 euros. It was a total of 50 euros plus a well-deserved tip. We were really in love with the place. When we arrived at the hotel we wrote our impression of the place where we could really taste an exquisite and quality dish.
En el menú habian alternativas deliciosas y llamativas pero no queríamos dejar de probar las crepes. Mi hija pidió una dulce con Nutella y frutas como fresas y banana, además de otros ingredientes. Acompañó con un smoothie de mango y otros ingredientes como, piña y coco. Preferí ordenar una crepe salada, ésta tenía salmón ahumado, queso cheddar y espinaca. Acompañé con un smoothie de fresas, banana y pera. Todo una delicia amigos de #hive.
Amigos estos sabores tan exquisitos cuando probaba cada bocado. La combinación del salmón ahumado con el queso tan exquisito, éste estaba derretido y se sentia lo caliente de mi plato todavía con la suavidad y frescura de la espinaca esa creps fue una delicatez. El smoothie tan bellamente decorado tenía una cosistencia espesa mezcla de sabores ácido y dulce bien concentrado, me fascinó esta bebida. Quedé saciada con la cantidad y realmente suficiente.
Todo en el menú tenía su precio bien identificado. Los smoothie 10 euros cada uno y las crepes 14 y 16 euros. Fué un total de 50 euros más la propina muy bien merecida. Quedamos realmente enamoradas del sitio. Cuando llegamos al hotel cumplimos con redactar nuestra impresión del lugar en donde realmente pudimos degustar un plato exquisito y de calidad.
The truth is that in my opinion it was the best dining experience in Paris. I recommend to everyone who has the opportunity to go to Paris and do not fail to attend to try the best crepes. Although I am not an expert in these dishes; tasting the texture, taste, consistency, and the added value as the presentation, waiting time, portions and the amount to pay I can say that it was the best of the best. I want to express in this post the careful attention of the waiter, who served us with kindness and pleasure. I think he liked us very much. He was able to take pictures of us and at the end we took a picture with him.

La verdad que a mí juicio fué la mejor experiencia comiendo en París. Le recomiendo a todos los que tengan la oportunidad de ir a París y que no dejen de asistir a probar las mejores crepes. Aunque no soy experta en estos platos; probando la textura, sabor, consistencia, y el valor agregado como la presentacion, tiempo de espera, las porciones y el monto a pagar puedo decir que fué lo mejor de lo mejor. Quiero expresar en este post la esmerada atención del mesonero, quién nos atendió con amabilidad y agrado. Creo que le caímos muy bien. Nos pudo tomar fotos y al final nos tomamos una foto con él.
